CBC offers a Facilitation Service. This service provides skilled and trained facilitators to organisations to meet the needs of a whole range of requirements such as ‘away day’, strategy meetings, customer meetings or regular team meetings. Facilitation comes from the latin ‘facile’ - to make easy and as such it is our aim to make your experience of using us ‘easy’ and comfortable.

We believe that good facilitation is planned carefully and as such this requires that we establish clear contracts with our clients in order that we establish the type of facilitative intervention they require and also that they/we establish the goals or planned outcome of the intervention.
